Before you go

  • Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
  • Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
  • For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

Such a cute spot with the sweetest staff ever. Everyone inside was so friendly and welcoming, and the ice cream is genuinely to die for. Everything tasted super fresh and delicious, and the whole place just had such a good vibe. Definitely one of those places you keep thinking about after you leave. I want to come back everyday!!!!

Tori is the sweetest person I have ever met. She always makes sure that everything is made properly and right. She’s always on time, never has an attitude or problem if I ask for something different. She needs a raise and hope the best for her.

I usually love Insomnia Cookies and have had great experiences in the past, which is why this situation was especially frustrating. I placed a delivery order (directly from insomnia) with clear instructions to hand the order directly to me. The order was not handed to me and was not left at my location. There was also no communication from the driver to verify the address. Because of this, I had to drive to the store myself to get the order remade. When I arrived, I was told that I could not receive a refund for the delivery fee or tip, even though the delivery service was not completed as requested. I still enjoy the cookies, but this experience was disappointing and could have been handled better in terms of communication and customer service.

I got some a 6 pack of cookies from here a few weeks ago and the tasted great, it was pretty close to closing when I went a got my cookies but they were still very good. The lady there was also very nice too. Would go back again in the future.

Customer service is amazing even at 11 with a line out the door do to covid regulations. The cookies were hot and also good. I could do without the waiting in line and delivery even if just down the block seems to be the quickest option available.
